These earphones are very good. They are available at affordable price and delivery is also quick. They are easily adjustable to all sizes of ears whether big or small. The battery of the earphones is simply superb. It works for 8-12 hours with a full charge. Earphones are light weight which would make us more comfortable while carrying it. Sound quality of earphones is amazing. Audio will not disconnect till 30 feet distance. A little charging cord and instructions are given with the earphones. A hard case is also given to keep them safe.

I ordered this product on 16 jan , then i received this on next day itself 17 i got this in my hand. That tym battery was around 50 percentage. But after 50 min of music battery got drained completely. I thought this is happening first time then i charged this using usb cable provided, after full charge battery , i started streaming music after 3 hours battery got drained completely. But in the mentioned website that its having 7 hours of music battery capacity. But i am not getting its. I tried contacting support@vplak.com but no reply. Hoping to return the earphones soon. It looks like duplicate item. I thought of trusting them as they are good startup, but i think i should change my thoughts on it.

Headset is not getting charged

Since I got the product it was not getting started. So I charged it for almost two hours, after which it started and after listening for an hour or two I turned it off and kept it in the bag given along. Next day when I checked it was again not getting started and I had to charge for two hours. It started working but again when I turned it off and kept it in bag, it was not working the following day. It could be fault in the battery, so I tried reaching out to VPLAK customer service as the option to raise return/replace is greyed out. On connecting I was told to try to charge it for more time and verify and then write a mail. I have used other wireless headset and never faced such kind of issues. I'm not sure if they will even replace this faulty headset. In terms of headset quality, I would rate it 4 out of 5, but at this price probably 5 out of 5. Though they should do a QC before sending the product.
