Its canal-ear design cancels every single noise in any public place in India you can be disturbed with. I use it with 40% volume level and sat right beside the driver of a govt. non-AC typical noisy Indian bus and could not even hear the honking of my own bus. I can confidently say that the sehhneiser cx 180 are best earphones ever.
