The Polk S-series tower speakercomes with 4 feet (pre-installed) to keep the speaker in place wherever you place it. It is always recommended to use some kind of plinth under all types of speakers. The S50 by polk audiocomes with a black fabric grill that attaches with hidden magnets. To me, Pharrell Williams' vocals sounded cleaner and clearer without her.
